3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least hours in advance.

• Refunds: Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe will receive a [full refund / partial refund / credit]. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
