Sometimes you don't need a solution. Sometimes you need a safe place to say: "Today was really hard." "I don't know how I feel." "I finally understand myself." "I need someone to listen." Listening Calls are private one-on-one phone conversations created for late-diagnosed autistic and AuDHD adults who want compassionate support from someone who understands. This is your time to talk, process, vent, celebrate, or simply be heard. During your call, you can: • Vent about your day. • Talk through emotions and experiences. • Process your late diagnosis journey. • Share your special interests. • Info dump without worrying you're "too much." • Discuss masking, burnout, sensory experiences, or life challenges. • Celebrate your victories. • Talk through whatever is on your mind. You set the direction of the conversation. I listen. Perfect for people who: ✔ Process best by talking. ✔ Want real-time connection. ✔ Need a compassionate ear. ✔ Feel exhausted from explaining themselves. ✔ Want someone who understands neurodivergent experiences. What is included: • A private scheduled conversation. • A judgment-free space. • Compassionate listening. • Supportive reflection. • Encouragement when requested. This service provides peer support and supportive coaching conversations. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis support.
